All of our Kawai group pianos come in boxes to the Piano Company where they will be carefully uncrated,
tuned and prepped by professional experts. They will all have a matching adjustable padded artist bench, a
ten year full warranty from Kawai Corp., a fifteen year full warranty from the Piano Company, a 15 year full
trade up to any piano that we carry as long as it is to a piano that sells for double the price you originally
paid for the instrument. The package includes free local delivery if there are 5 steps or less. For each
additional step over 5 there will be a $5 per step charge. All payments must be by check and received in full
by the Piano Company in advance as the price includes Kawai's cash in advance discount. Delivery is
anticipated to be 2-3 weeks after all payments are received.
